Sports injuries are injuries that occur during sports or exercise activities. They can result from accidents, poor training practices, improper equipment, lack of conditioning, or inadequate warm-up and stretching. Sports injuries can affect various parts of the body, including muscles, bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, and soft tissues.

Treatments- Following the recent advances to treat an injury:

  • Immediately after an injury

  • After few days of injury have passed

  • Exercise Therapy:
